When & where?

The Portugal Tantra Festival is open for entry and registration from 2 pm on Wednesday 27th May. The festival will officially begin with a Special Opening Gathering around 5 pm on the 27th and will end with a Closing Ceremony at about 12pm on the 31st May.

The Festival is held at the magnificent natural and historical setting of Quinta São José dos Montes, with its beautiful gardens, animals, saltwater swimming pool for relaxation, and one of Europe’s largest lakes just 5 minutes away.

Who is holding it?

The Festival is held by James, Mallika & Gopal along with a professional team of International Workshop Leaders, Session Givers, Emotional Support Crew, a wonderful Love Angels Team and Retreat Centre Workers. Musicians, DJs and Performers are also present.

Where is it?

The Festival is held at Quinta São José dos Montes beside the Castelo do Bode Lake – a beautiful retreat centre just 120km east of Lisbon. In addition there is a salt water pool, sculpted gardens, the beaches of the lakes and spacious domes for workshops. Most importantly, healthy vegetarian food is provided.

Am I welcomed?

Yes! At our Tantra Festival we embrace all relationship styles, orientations, and ages over 18. You may be single — wanting to learn and explore with others. Couples wishing to deepen their intimacy through tantra workhops and classes are also welcomed. The experience is the perfect natural environment to dive in!
