✨ GUIDELINES

Ecstatic Dance is a mindfulness practice. To ensure a safe and immersive experience, please follow these pillars:

• Non-verbal space: Please refrain from spoken words during the session so we can all dive deeper into the practice.
• Barefoot: We dance barefoot (soft shoes are only allowed for medical conditions).
• Pure awareness: No intoxicants (alcohol/drugs) before or during the session.
• Digital detox: Please keep your phones away (off/silent). No pictures or filming allowed.
• Consent & Respect: If you wish to dance with someone, ensure there is consent (e.g., eye contact). To decline or end a dance, simply put your hands together in a prayer gesture (Namaste). This is the universal symbol for "Thank you, I want to be on my own."

🎟️ CONTRIBUTION

We operate on a sliding scale—please pay the amount that feels appropriate to you:

• On Eventbrite: €25 – €40
• At the door: €30 – €40
